Greek Yogurt Parfait

This is a simple, easy, and yummy breakfast, snack, or dessert that everyone loves! I will usually buy the FAGE total 0% plain greek yogurt, local honey, Kirkland Ancient Grains granola, and Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened flaked coconut, and fruit from Costco. But you can easily make it your own by adding your favorite ingredients!


Yield: makes 2 small parfaits, or 1 large parfait


  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh fruit
  • coconut flakes to garnish


  1. In a medium bowl mix greek yogurt with honey.
  2. Scoop 1/3 cup of greek yogurt mixture into each glass cup then place fruit onto of the yogurt and top with granola. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with greek yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Garnish with coconut flakes. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
